How to brew delicious coffee
Coffee is an integral part of our life. A cup of coffee has become a symbol of a first date, a permanent attribute of the morning “ritual” of awakening. I don’t consider myself a coffee lover; coffee is more of an indulgence for me than a necessity. Therefore, making a cup of coffee has become a pleasant, easy ritual that brings aesthetic pleasure. I want to share how to brew delicious coffee.
Coffee with burnt sugar
Brew coffee in any way, I brew it in a Turk - fill it with cold water and let the water rise three times. Add cinnamon or vanilla to the finished coffee to taste and pour into cups. Place a piece of sugar in a teaspoon, or a level spoon of granulated sugar and drop a little strong alcohol on the sugar. You need to set fire to the sugar and wait until the alcohol burns out, pour the melted sugar into the coffee, stir thoroughly.
Caramel coffee
Extremely simple, but the taste is very pleasant. Place finely chopped soft Korovka caramel into a cup, add coffee and pour boiling water over it. Stir thoroughly, add sugar and cream to taste.
Coffee Mexicana
Mix cocoa and ground coffee 1:1, brew with boiling water and let it brew. Sugar and milk to taste.
Spicy coffee
The amount of spices is solely to taste: peeled cardamom (can be ground), cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and hot pepper on the tip of a knife. Add spices to coffee on the verge of boiling, let it brew, add sugar and warmed milk to taste. You need to be careful with cloves - it can overpower the taste of the entire product, but without it it’s not so interesting.
Coffee with milk
Pour a glass of milk and ground coffee into the Turk to taste. let the milk rise three times, add sugar and vanilla.
Iced coffee
Probably every coffee lover has tried this coffee. Add a scoop of slightly melted ice cream to a cup of freshly brewed coffee. I really love the creme brulee flavor, you can sprinkle it with cinnamon or grated chocolate.
Chocolate coffee
Melt a bar of chocolate in a glass of hot milk, add half a glass of freshly brewed coffee. Garnish with whipped cream. You can fill a glass cup in layers, it looks very impressive.
