Volume crochet heart master class
A cute amigurumi voluminous crocheted heart that is very easy and quick to knit. You can find a lot of uses for such a heart: attach it to a hair band, make a keychain, decorate a flower pot, a refrigerator magnet, a brooch and much more, whatever suits your imagination.
How to crochet a volumetric heart
- We knit two tops of the heart: we knit 8 single crochets into an amigurumi ring and close the circle with an edge loop - we get 9 loops. Second round: knit 3 stitches and increase in the 3rd stitch 3 (+1) - we get 12 loops. Third round: no increments. Fourth round: knit 3 stitches and increase in the 3rd 3 (+1). The second tip is knitted in the same way.
- Connect the tops with 6 single crochets.
- Next we knit in the round, decreasing on the sides of the tops, through the row.
- You can make decreases in each row, then the shape of the heart will be slightly flattened, disproportionate to my taste (in the photo there are decreases in each row)
- Adjust the size of the heart by decreasing it - skip it if necessary, or decrease the extra one.
I decided to make a decoration for a flower pot with Crassula. You can embroider it in shabby chic style with beads and ribbons.
